Nevada Highway Patrol investigators are looking into a dangerous hit and run crash.

They're asking for the public's help to find the woman who caused a three-car crash in a fit of road rage then sped away from the scene.

NHP says it happened Thursday near Gibson and 215.

William Freeman was one of the drivers involved.

He says the suspect cut someone off behind him, then Freeman saw that vehicle headed right for him.

"I probably put my hands up as to think that I could stop it," Freeman said. "I really thought I was going to die."

Freeman says his airbags released, and his car may have spun fully around.

"How would they feel if they were in this situation?" he said of the driver who caused the crash. "If the roles were reversed, would they be happy if I left the scene of an accident or left their loved one on the side of the road?"

NHP says the suspect was in a grey or black four-door vehicle.

Investigators ask anyone who knows anything about what happened to come forward.
