One man was charged with murder after allegedly beating his 3-month-old child on Tuesday.
Around 12:45 p.m., Las Vegas police responded to the 5200 block of Nellis Oasis Lane to investigate a report of an unresponsive child.The child was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead by medical personnel.
An investigation revealed that the child suffered significant injuries to the head and body as a result of abuse by the child's father, 22-year-old Keshawn Doucet.
Doucet was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and faces one count of Open Murder.
