A local man is in jail after being accused of performing unlicensed medical and dental work.
Rick Vanthiel says he never claimed to be a doctor, but his friends and patients came up with the name "Doctor Rick."
He says that he can cure HIV in just two weeks!
He was arrested at his home near Monroe and Nellis last week.
Health officials urge anyone who received treatment from this man to contact the health district immediately as you may have been infected with a communicable disease.
