It is legal to make a left turn from Cactus eastbound to Dean Martin northbound.
However, during the ongoing construction project, there will be days when the left turn lane will be closed.
This closure will be on a case-by-case basis.
Drivers should pay attention to the signage for their safety and the safety of the construction crews in the area.
Some days the "no turn" signage has been placed face down on the street; drivers are then able to make the left turn as originally intended by the traffic light.
