On this Earth Day, there's a lot of talk about climate change and what it means for the future of our planet.

The Earth's climate is a complex topic commonly mistaken for our everyday weather.

While weather and climate are similar, they're not the same. And the main difference between the two is a matter of time.

The weather is the condition of the atmosphere over the short term while climate is what kind of weather we can expect over the long term.
