While the city of Oakland explores a deal that could keep the Raiders there, professional soccer in Las Vegas has become a possibility again.

There are multiple reports, including one from Sports Illustrated, that David Beckham could be interested in sharing the stadium with the Raiders.

Beckham has owned a Major League Soccer franchise since 2014, intending to put it in Miami, but there have been several setbacks for funding and a location for a stadium.

In addition, Beckham was at a Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee meeting in April as talks were underway to bring the Raiders to Las Vegas.

Alameda County is holding a hearing Tuesday and vote on a plan to bring a new stadium to Oakland for the Raiders.

There is another meeting Wednesday in Dallas where NFL officials will review the deal and see how it compares to the one already on the table in Las Vegas.
