LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Aviators are praising what they call "a congressional effort to save Minor League Baseball."
Multiple representatives have formed the "Save Minor League Baseball" task force.
Major League Baseball is looking at eliminating 42 minor league franchises throughout the country.
The Aviators are not one of the teams facing possible elimination.
MLB proposed the change over concerns about facilities, working conditions and wages for minor league players.
