We have all gotten them. Christmas gifts that we really don't want, but we don't feel like going to the trouble of exchanging or returning.
Zappos has come up with a solution.
For the first 500 callers between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PT on Dec. 26, Zappos will give away $100 Zappos gift cards in exchange for an unwanted gift.
Zappos will send a pre-paid return label that can be used to mail in the gift. The company, which is based in Las Vegas, will then donate the gift to an appropriate charity.
Interested customers must call 1-800-927-7671 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The gift must still be in its original packaging to be exchanged for the gift card.
