The McDermott Physical Education Courtyard at UNLV just got a little bit greener.
On April 29, students teamed up with megabus.com and the Arbor Day Foundation to plant 5 Live Oak and Raywood Ash trees and 3 Strawberry trees.
Megabus.com also partnered with several other schools across the U.S. to plant 10,000 trees in celebration of their ten year anniversary.
UNLV's grounds department lent a helping hand in planting the trees. The department will continue to care for the trees in the future.
