Cookies and cocktails — it’s Girl Scout Cookie Season! Therapy restaurant, located in the Fremont East Entertainment District, will host the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada chapter to help raise funds on March 9 and 10.
The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada will be selling boxes of cookies at Therapy, and all profits from cookies sold will be directed to the organization that helps girls develop life-long skills. Cookies will be sold on March 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. and March 10 from noon to 4 p.m.
Therapy has created specialty cookie-inspired menu items, including the Mintini cocktail, made with Sobieski vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, chocolate royal liqueur, Bailey’s Irish Cream and dashes of orange Angostura bitters, rimmed with crumbles of mint cookies and garnished with mint fig, priced at $10. Downtown guests can also indulge in Executive Chef Talen Lancaster’s dessert, the Lemon Love, made with deep fried powdered lemon cookies with orange tempura with vanilla cream, priced at $10.
Therapy’s Girl Scout inspired cocktail and dessert will be offered now through March 11.
