Starbucks is giving away free drinks through Dec. 31 around the country.
More than 1,000 "Pop-Up Parties" are happening at 200 select stores, including Las Vegas.
During the parties, Starbucks will give away tall handcrafted espresso drinks between 1 and 2 p.m. Locations will change and be revealed daily at www.starbuckspopup.com.
Friday's parties are happening at the Sahara and Rye location, 3301 W. Sahara Ave., and the Charleston & Town Center store, 10260 W. Charleston Blvd.
Beverage options include choice of a hot or iced beverage, including holiday drinks like Peppermint Mochas, Iced Toasted White Chocolate Mochas, lattes, macchiatos and more. There's a limit of one per customer.
Before the five days of parties begin, Starbucks will have its last Happy Hour of the year. During Happy Hour, customers can take advantage of a buy-one-get-on-free deal. Hours for the deal are 2 to 7 p.m. Dec. 26.
