RepairSmith is currently hiring in Las Vegas and giving back to the community by providing local nonprofits with access to free car repairs.

RepairSmith is the first and only full-service mobile delivery solution for car repair and maintenance - all backed by a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty.

The company is primarily hiring mobile mechanics who drive custom-built sprinter repair vans outfitted with state-of-the-art tools and equipment and can check, diagnose, and identify any issue – and fix it right in a driveway or parking lot.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, they have experienced an increased demand for its services as people are not leaving their homes.

RepairSmith launched its ‘No-Contact Car Repair’ service in March to ensure its mechanics can continue to serve customers while maintaining safety in our community. Mechanics use text and photos to communicate with customers and wear a fresh pair of gloves to each appointment and disinfect all high-touch areas in the vehicle.

Working at RepairSmith, mechanics have an exciting career at a growing tech company, the company is backed by Daimler AG (the parent company of Mercedes-Benz) and RepairSmith's mechanics are employees of the company, not contract or gig economy workers and receive full benefits including employee benefits as well as paid sick leave.

RepairSmith's mechanics also have the opportunity to give back to their community while on the job. The company officially launched its new philanthropic initiative in September, Jump Start, which provides $250,000 in free, ‘No-Contact Car Repair’ service to nonprofits advancing socioeconomic, racial and ethnic equality.

The program aims to remove the financial burden of car repair for nonprofit organizations, allowing them to deliver essential services without disruption.

Any non-profit that meets the program criteria where RepairSmith operates is eligible to apply for the program for up to $10,000 in free services to passenger and light duty vehicles.
