Nevada Homes for Youth is hosting The Super Run on Saturday at Sunset Park.
The run aims to fight teen addiction, to raise awareness about the teen substance abuse epidemic, and to highlight the importance of prevention and recovery.
In addition to the race, there will be games for the kids, music, vendors and giveaways. Nevada Homes for Youth will be giving away free goodie bags for stopping by their booth to say hello, and you will be able to enter for your chance to win prizes, including a pair of tickets to see Blue Man Group,
The Super Run is for all ages and all activity levels, with the option of either a 5K or a 1K Fun Run. Registration opens at 8 a.m., and the 5K begins at 9 a.m.
