Women and teens had an opportunity to "dress for success" this weekend.
Dress for Success Southern Nevada is cleaning out its inventory and decided to hold a shopping extravaganza at the Opportunity Village thrift store on Decatur Boulevard near Alta Drive. Prices were slashed on new or nearly new outfits on both Saturday and Sunday.
"So something really special happens on Sunday. We sell an over sized plastic bag for $25, anything you can stuff in the bag," said Paula Lawrence, with Dress for Success.
The organization caters to women who need help affording professional attire for a new job or start in life.
