A new app lets you swipe right on pups in your area.
It's called Let's Share a Dog. It's a free app.
You can sign up as a caregiver, a dog owner, or both. Then you can match up and watch over a dog for a few minutes, an hour and longer.
The app was created by a Las Vegas woman. It launched just a few weeks ago.
"I was a busy mom. I was a single mom for many many years and I always loved dogs, but I just really didn't have time for them, but I learned through this experience and grew as a result of it that dogs really need to be a part of everyone's life," said Cheryl Moss, the app's founder.
It's great if you can't take care of a dog full time but maybe want part-time companionship.
