Based on the research, the top cities include:

2. Houston, Texas
3. Las Vegas, Nevada
4. Atlanta, Georgia
5. Dallas, Texas
6. Miami, Florida
7. Washington, D.C.
8. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
9. San Diego, California
10. Minneapolis, Minnesota
Las Vegas was named one of the most affordable cities in the U.S. for travelers.
The study was conducted by an independent research firm that compared the cost of a 3-day summer trip for 2 travelers in 39 key tourist cities around the world.
