LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A Las Vegas charity is helping parents struggling to afford diapers during the pandemic.

On Wednesday afternoon diapers and baby wipes were given to parents at the Valley View Recreation Center. Baby's Bounty says it tries to give a week worth of diapers for up to three children and one pack of wipes per household.

"When COVID started, we really started to see a need for diapers in the community," said President of the Board of Directors Christy Shulman. "So we figured out a way to make that happen."

The next diaper bank is Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Baby's Bounty near Desert Inn Road and Valley View Boulevard.
