Some local kids got a visit from a fairy godmother Monday to make their dream of a forever home come true.
For the 5th consecutive Halloween, Judge Cynthia Giuliani transformed herself into a fairy godmother to grant adoptions. She says she does it to make the adoptions special and something they won't forget.
The District Court Family Division is involved in other adoption events with an annual Adoption Day marathon on Nov. 17.
