Southern Nevada's housing market continues to bounce back as foreclosure rates dive in Las Vegas and Henderson.
The rate locally is 1.67 percent in Feburary 2016, down from 2.37 percent the year before.
However, the foreclosure rates are still higher than the national average, according to CoreLogic.
