We like those "made-up" holidays as much as next person, and this is one that we LOVE.
If you haven't heard, June 3 is National Donut Day!
While we don't suggest you go around licking donuts (AHEM, Ariana Grande), it's a good day to stop calorie counting, and stuff your face with creme-filled goodness.
There are several places around town that you can get your donut fix!
Dunkin Donuts will give you a free donut with any coffee or cold beverage purchase on Friday.
Are you a real donut fiend? Prepare for the event of a lifetime. In honor of National Donut Day, the favorite mascots of Dunkin’ Donuts, Ms. Sprinkles the Donut and Mr. Iced Cuppy the Iced Coffee, will be tying the "dough-knot" at the most iconic of Las Vegas wedding chapels, The Little Church of the West.
The nuptials of the perfect pair coincides with National Donut Day, a time to celebrate baked blessings throughout the nation. Light refreshments, wedding cake, and donuts will be served. It's going down at 9:45 a.m.
Krispy Kreme will give each customer one free glazed donut, no purchase required. This is at Krispy Kreme stores only, so don't try to grab one off the supermarket shelf and eat it, smarty-pants!
Holsteins Shakes and Buns, located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will be taking coffee and donuts to a new level with the Coffee & Donuts Bam-Boozled shake on Friday, June 3!

Or, eat a donut for a good cause! Pinkbox is partnering up with The Salvation Army for National Donut Day. They will be giving 10 percent of their proceeds to the charity on June 3.
And Donut Bar will be giving each person a Birthday Cake Donut for free on National Donut Day.
If you are unable to visit one of the above places, tell all of your coworkers it's National Donut Day! Maybe one of them will feel inclined to bring a dozen to the office.
