A stuffed Chicago-style deep dish pizza that smells like a hot dog - that's the concept behind Giordano's Bratwurst Pizza.
"It's just something that takes you on a journey," said Evan Faircloth, General Manager at the Boca Park location of Giordano's. "[It's] almost sensory overload where you just don't know what to expect."
The pizza restaurant started selling bratwurst pizzas earlier this year. Each one is made with over a pound of chopped brats, along with Wisconsin mozzarella, caramelized onions, and mustard sauce.
"The initial reactions have been kind of confused at first, but then after they try it everybody is loving this pizza," said Faircloth.
The Bratwurst Pizza will be available at both Giordano's locations in Las Vegas until June.
