Crazy Pita Rotisserie & Grill is celebrating its 10-year anniversary at The District at Green Valley Ranch on Aug. 16.

The local Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to kick off an entire day of activities and events while donating 10 percent of the day’s proceeds to the Josh Stevens Foundation.

A “Celebrity Donation Drive Competition” will be held to help raise additional funds for the Josh Stevens Foundation. As part of this, local celebrities, personalities and social media influencers will participate in a donation competition for the Josh Stevens Foundation while working at Crazy Pita at The District. The celebrities will include “Elvis” from Legends in Concert at the Flamingo hotel-casino, pro BMX rider Ricardo Laguna, TV host Lisa Song Sutton, Jay R Beatbox, Ms. Woman Nevada United States 2016 and social media influencer Miss Tracy Lee.

The day-long celebration will conclude with an 80s video game contest hosted by We Go Gamez truck. For a minimum donation of $5, guests can participate in a high-score competition while playing nostalgic 80s video games, such as Donkey Kong, Burger Time and Paperboy, for prizes. Registration in advance is recommended, as limited spaces are available. All proceeds raised from the video game competition will go directly to the Josh Stevens Foundation.

Guests can also purchase “Be Kind… like Josh” shirts for $10 (normally $15) to raise funds for the organization, whose mission is to support “Kindness” programs in schools locally and nationwide.
