Registration for the 2018 Henderson Games, which combines fitness and sports competition, is open through Apr. 6 and is available online at cityofhenderson.com. Completed forms may also be dropped off at any City of Henderson recreation center. Registration is $15 per athlete plus $5 per event (with the exception of volleyball) and includes a commemorative T-shirt.
The Henderson Games is for adults aged 18+ who are interested in camaraderie and friendly competition. The games take place throughout the month of April in a variety of locations in Henderson. More than 25 events are available to choose from, including racquetball; singles and doubles tennis and table tennis; team volleyball; pickleball singles, doubles and mixed doubles; and track and field sprinting, running, jumping, and throwing.
First through third place awards are presented at the close of each event. Event locations and times are subject to change.
