A local Las Vegas artist talks about his mural dedicated to the victims of the 1 October shooting.
"I'm hoping the city can actually use this wall as just something to inspire them and something different but at the same time not forget the people who passed away," Kitos Lucero said. "Each life is valuable, until you lose someone like that in any way it's heartbreaking."
It only took Lucero one day to finish the massive art piece. He says he only used donated paint and that each heart represents of the victims that lost their life.
