Cadence, a 2,200-acre planned community in Henderson, will host a Memorial Day walk on Monday, May 28 from 8-11 a.m. "A Walk to Remember" will take place in Central Park, which will be lined with small American flags. Participating attendees will also receive t-shirts along with stickers to write the name of the hero for which they are walking.
The Basic High School JROTC will be on-site for a unique ceremony to kick things off. A DJ will play feel-good, America-themed music.
