Inside Edition is talking to Jamie Naughright on Monday night about an alleged sexual assault she endured by legendary quarterback Peyton Manning.
Naughright was Director of Health and Wellness at the University of Tennesse at the time. Manning, who was 19 at the time, was the school’s star quarterback destined for success in the NFL. On February 29, 1996, he was having his injured foot examined in the athletic department’s training room by Naughright, who holds an EdD in health education.
Naughright claims Manning pulled down his shorts and sat on her face. Manning has denied the allegations and has insisted he was "mooning" a friend in the training room.
Naughright claims her life was adversely affected after she reported the incident.
This will be the first time that Naughright has spoken about the case on television. The interview will be aired Oct. 30 on Inside Edition.
