A Texas mother taking matters into her own hands tackling a man who she says was peeping through her daughter's window.
The takedown was captured on a police dash camera.
Phyllis Pena says her first instinct was to make sure the 19-year-old didn't get away.
Pena says the officer gave her a fist bump for stepping into harm's way.
