Police have released surveillance video of a fourth grade teacher kissing one of his young students.
Brian Kornbluth was arrested on battery charges back in February for the incident.
The 28-year-old taught at a charter school in Boca Raton, Fla., when cops say the principal had a surveillance camera in the classroom positioned to face Kornbluth's desk after another teacher reported he was acting suspiciously.
