The mother of late Latina superstar Jenni Rivera has filed a lawsuit after she was injured by an exploding NutriBullet. She says she suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns to her hands, head, face and neck.
Rosa Rivera's attorney says she is not the only person who has been injured by the appliance. The lawsuit claims that the design is defective and is demanding a recall as well as the addition of warning labels.
