The high price of avocados is leading to some restaurants using different vegetables to make fake guac.
The price per case has gone up at least $30 in the last couple of months. That is because there are less avocados available this year because of the heatwave last summer.
As a result, some restaurants have been experiencing with different ways to make guacamole.
While some may like it, others say the taste is not the same.
