North Dakota high school serving lattes to increase milk consumption

Children aren't drinking milk in schools like they used to so the milk industry is banking on coffee. Milk lobbyists are working with schools to install coffee bars. One school in North Dakota bought a $5,000 espresso machine.
Because children aren't drinking milk in school like they used to, people in the milk industry have come up with a way to increase milk consumption.
They are putting it into coffee drinks.
A dairy group gave a $5,000 grant to a North Dakota high school for an espresso machine that makes lattes with about 8 ounces of milk each.
