A New Jersey baby was discovered crawling across a busy street.
A man who saw the baby thought the child was a toy at first. But then he saw the baby begin to crawl.

He rescued the baby and returned her to her family. They weren't even aware that she had gotten out of the house. The baby was apparently able to get out a door that an older sibling left open.
The family is under investigation now.
