A mother in Idaho is under fire after she gave her 3-year-old daughter a marijuana smoothie.
Kelsey Osborne says that her child was suffering from seizures and hallucinations after she took prescription medication.
Osborne made her daughter a smoothie using marijuana-infused butter to help the little girl.
Her actions were discovered when she took her daughter to the doctor and she tested positive for the drug.
Osborne has been charged with a misdemeanor count of injury to a child. She has also lost custody of her two children.
She is fighting the charge and recently participated in a protest outside the Department of Health and Welfare in Idaho.
