A Georgia man claims that in the week and a half since the election, he still doesn't know who will be the next president.
Joe Chandler says he didn't watch the results election night. He voted but didn't care to know the outcome because he didn't want to see either major party candidate in the White House.
"I've kind of found the center of the cyclone. It's very peaceful in my bubble of ignorance," said Chandler. "And being an artist and a writer, I've gotten a ton of creative work done."
Chandler says he has avoided the news and sometimes wears earmuffs in public. He also wears a sign around his neck that says, "I still don't know."
