Police in Pennsylvania are looking for a man who was caught on camera beating a boy.
You can see the man hitting the boy in a parking lot. At first, it appears that he is hitting him with his belt. Then, it looks like he punches the boy, causing him to fall to the ground.
Finally, he picks the boy up and forces him into a car.
A witness says he thought two men were fighting at first. But then he heard the boy screaming.
Police officers in Arnold, Pennsylvania, have been going to nearby schools checking for children with injuries. They believe the boy seen in the video is between the ages of 7 and 9 years old.
So far, they have not had any luck. Now they are hoping that someone will come forward who recognizes the man.
