Former Subway spokesman and convicted pedophile Jared Fogle was beaten during a prison-yard ambush in January, according to TMZ.
TMZ says that Fogle was beaten up in the rec yard at Englewood Prison in Colorado by a 60-year-old man who is serving time for an armed robbery.
Sources told TMZ that Fogle had a swollen face and bloody nose after the incident.
Fogle is serving time for possession of child porn and having sex with underage prostitutes.
