A police report has been filed saying an 84-year-old woman was attacked by ants in her bed at a Louisiana nursing home.
The family says staff at the nursing home was supposed to turn the victim every two hours because she is immobile and can't speak.
According to a police report, family members were called at 2 a.m. Saturday saying the victim was attacked by ants and headed to the ER.
They say the ants came from the air conditioner vent.
Both the police department and health department are investigating.
