Police in Cincinnati say Elizabeth "Ellie" Richardson was shot early on Thanksgiving morning as she was leaving her job at Lachey's Bar, which is owned by Nick and Drew Lachey of the band, 98 Degrees.
The 27-year-old woman was shot in the face and hospitalized with serious injuries. Lachey is asking people to donate to the woman.
