Two states are considering bills that would drop the drinking age. The List's Bradley Hasemeyer shares what we know.
1. California residents with vote on bill that would drop the drinking age to 18.
2. Minnesota law makers are considering bills that would allow 18, 19 and 20 year olds to drink in bars and restaurants...only if they are with a parent, guardian or spouse over 21.
3. The legal age in liquor stores would still be 21.
