People living near Lake Mead and Rampart boulevards were woken up to a woman screaming she had a gun.
The 62-year-old woman was in front of a home that wasn't hers, yelling random things, including, "Viva la France!"
While she was yelling, she was also threatening to kill herself, saying that she was armed. Police told people in the area to leave as a precaution while they tried talking her down.
She refused to give in or show them her hands but eventually police were able to determine she did not have a gun. They moved in with a K-9 unit with one of the dogs biting her in the leg.
She is now in police custody.
