Helene Neville is attempting to break a world record on Friday by running 135 miles on the Strip.
She started at 7 a.m. and will run nonstop between the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and the similar sign in downtown Las Vegas.
Neville is a grandmother, nurse and cancer survivor.
