AreaVibes.com has rankings of 49 Las Vegas valley neighborhoods.
East Las Vegas scored low, something that didn't surprise many people who live there.
"It's kind of sad to see your neighborhood falling apart," said Jared Ornelas, who grew up on the east side. "There's no reason for any bad community to be so low. It only takes unity."
Green Valley Ranch in Henderson was the top-scoring neighborhood on AreaVibes.
Jaime Quintana, a father who lives in East Las Vegas, says he'd like to see more police patrolling, and more families using the parks.
