A viewer submitted a video of a crash earlier this year in hopes of sending a message.
It shows an SUV and van colliding on Russell Road but no one stops to help. A semi-truck maneuvers around the crash and drives away.
The man who recorded the video on a dashboard camera in February says one of the drivers was choking on her airbag and stopped breathing. He pulled her out and started CPR until an ambulance arrived.
The good Samaritan says he hopes the video will remind people to pay attention and help your fellow man.
