Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are investigating a 3-car collision near Hacienda Avenue and Sandhill Road Wednesday morning.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. A driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

One vehicle hit a traffic control box, causing traffic lights at the intersection to malfunction. Travelers are advised to avoid the area while crews repair the lights.
