LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A teen who is accused of shooting both of his parents back in May has been certified as an adult by a judge.
Noah Spielmann, 15, is facing many felony charges after authorities say he shot his father in the head and mother in the abdomen.
Neighbors told police they heard constant fighting in the months before the deadly situation.
Spielmann’s mother managed to return fire and shot him during the incident, according to police records, before he ran away from the scene.
Officers eventually located Spielmann who’s charges include murder and attempted murder with a deadly weapon.
