A Henderson neighborhood is fed up with a dog that doesn't stop barking all hours of the night. They say it's been going on for a year now.

The home is near Paseo Verde Parkway and Valle Verde Drive.

Mark Ferry and Michael Tarby live next door to each other. Their homes back up to the home with the barking dog.

"It's just incessant, it's relentless and it's outrageous that no one is doing anything about it," said Mark Ferry.

The men say they've tried everything, starting with trying to get in contact with the dog owners. They've knocked on the door and left notes on the door. They've had no luck. The men say that caused them to turn to police and animal control.

"It might not seem like a big deal but that dog barks and it just echoes through every house around here," said Michael Tarby. "It's unbelievable."

13 Action News reached out to Henderson police on behalf of Animal Control and we were told the investigation is active and ongoing. We were told the City Attorney's Office is reviewing the case for possible prosecution. It could take a few weeks.
