The Clark County coroner has determined that Henderson Municipal Court Judge Diana Dawn Hampton's death was accidental. The official cause of her death was a severe infection in her right arm known as necrotizing cellulitis.
The cause of the infection is unknown.
The coroner also found that Hampton had inflamed lung tissue and fentanyl intoxication, which could have also led to her death.
Judge Hampton, 50, was found deceased in her home in Henderson on March 13.
