A timelapse video shows the transformation of the Thomas & Mack Center from a basketball arena to a rodeo arena for the National Finals Rodeo.
The transformation took place in a matter of days. It started after the UNLV vs. Cincinnati game on Dec. 1.
More than 2,000 tons of dirt was used for the arena and the stalls outside. Inside the arena, the dirt is between 12 and 15 inches thick.
The National Finals Rodeo runs through Dec. 15.
