A pile of trash in the southwest part of the valley is coming under scrutiny after a sign was put up shaming the person who allegedly dumped it.
The sign says "Shame on you, pig," and it accuses a woman named Brenda of illegally dumping garbage in an empty lot at Buffalo and Wigwam.
Illegal trash dumper gets publicly garbage-shamed. Sign says "SHAME ON YOU, PIG!" Can't make this stuff up.

Brenda's address is listed too, and it's getting a lot of attention.
"It's really not a proper way to come home and see trash in the corner of your house," said a neighbor who lives across the street from the pile.
She described it as an eyesore that's been there for two months.
We dug through the pile to try to confirm that the garbage did belong to Brenda, and we were able to find magazines and letters that matched the name and address.
When we went to the house, no one answered. It appeared to be abandoned.
Pete Eliades, the owner of the lot, is disgusted by the trash.
"It's terrible for the city for people to dump trash on other people's properties and even on their own properties," Eliades said. "It's not right."
Some neighbors told us they don't feel a public humiliation is the way to solve this problem.
Eliades says he and his son will personally clear the pile away. It had been cleaned up by Monday night.
