NEVADA (KTNV) — Some state lawmakers want to make it legal for a person to collect roadkill and eat it.
Nevada is only one of two states that currently does not allow this.
The bill states the animal must be accidentally killed in order to eat.
If passed, you could be given a permit to take an animal home if you accidentally hit one.
